Equipment

  • Large Pot

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning homemade or store-bought
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 1/4 cups Beef Broth or 1 (14.5 oz) can
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 can Fire-Roasted Diced Green Chiles
  • 2-3 cups Frozen Corn

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the water and taco seasoning, letting the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the Salsa Con Queso, cream of potato soup, sour cream, beef broth, chicken broth, diced chiles, and frozen corn.
  • Stir all the ingredients until well combined. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the chili is thick and creamy, serve it hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a lighter option, swap ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. To make it vegetarian, replace the meat with black beans or lentils. Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños or hot salsa.
