Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Grill
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Brush

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn, husked
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  • Boil corn in a large pot for 5–7 minutes, or grill over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush hot corn with garlic butter mixture.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan, then top with mozzarella or cheddar to melt over warm corn.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. Add a squeeze of lime if desired!

Notes

Swap cheeses to suit your taste—try Gouda or spicy pepper jack. For extra creaminess, mix garlic butter with a spoonful of mayo before brushing on corn.
