  • 1 package pizza dough 16 oz
  • 0.5 lb cooked sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • Marinara sauce for dipping, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread filling evenly over dough, leaving a border at the edges.
  • Roll dough tightly into a log and pinch to seal the edges.
  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve with marinara if desired.

Notes

Swap in your favorite fillings—try cooked chicken, mushrooms, or different cheeses. Let cool before slicing to prevent messy cheese spills. Leftovers reheat best in the oven to keep the crust crispy.
