1cupCooked rice
1teaspoonItalian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste
Cheese
2cupsCheddar cheese, shredded
1cupBeef broth
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to get started while you prep the ingredients.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all flavors.
Add the chopped cabbage and beef broth to the skillet, stirring gently. Let this mixture simmer for about 5 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften but still has some texture.
Transfer the entire mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
