Chicken

Seasoning

  • 1 packet fajita seasoning

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced onion

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, fajita seasoning, and olive oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Scatter sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the chicken.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over the chicken and vegetables until melted.
