1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using a serrated knife, make diagonal cuts into the loaf of bread, about 1-inch apart, but don’t cut all the way through.
Rotate the bread and make another set of diagonal cuts to create a crosshatch pattern.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Carefully open the cuts in the bread and drizzle the garlic butter mixture between the slices.
Stuff the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into the cuts.
Wrap the bread in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 5 minutes to make it extra crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
To keep any leftovers, wrap the bread tightly in foil or plastic wrap. Store it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to bring back the crispy texture.
