  • 16 ounces sour cream full-fat or light, based on preference
  • 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3 ounces cooked bacon bits store-bought or homemade
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese mild or sharp

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the entire 16-ounce container of sour cream.
  • Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix. Stir until the ranch powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the cooked bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Using a spatula or large spoon, mix everything together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (if you have the time; it’s delicious straight away too!).
  • Serve cold alongside chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes
