  • 1 cup whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • 2 bags chamomile tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat the milk and water in a small saucepan until steaming, but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bags, steeping for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in honey and vanilla extract.
  • Serve warm and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat before serving. Adjust honey for sweetness and try adding lavender for extra relaxation.
