Avocados

  • 2 pieces ripe avocados halved and pitted

Tomatoes

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini, halved

Basil

Glaze

  • to taste balsamic glaze

Seasoning

  • to taste salt

Instructions

  • Slice the ripe avocados in half and carefully remove the pit. If needed, scoop out a bit more flesh to create extra space for the fillings.
  • In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, halved mozzarella balls, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss in some fresh basil leaves for that authentic flavor!
  • Generously fill each avocado half with the tomato and mozzarella mixture. Be sure to pack it in there for a hearty bite!
  • Top off each stuffed avocado with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. This adds a pleasant tangy sweetness that will elevate the dish!
  • Arrange the stuffed avocados on a platter, sprinkle some extra basil on top, and dig in!
