  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix 15.25 oz box
  • 2.5 cups Mashed Bananas About 4-5 very ripe bananas
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  • Gradually add the yellow cake mix to the banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
