  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (Oreo or Digestive)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 bars Cadbury Flake, crushed
  • 2 bars Cadbury Flake, crumbled for topping
  • Optional: Shaved dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to create a light mousse.
  • Stir in the crushed Cadbury Flake bars, mixing gently.
  • Spread the mousse evenly over the chilled crust.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled Cadbury Flake bars on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Serve chilled with optional chocolate shavings for garnish.

Notes

For a crunchier base, bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes before chilling. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze slices for up to a month.
