  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar For the glaze.
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Acts as a binder.
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Onion Adds flavor.
  • 1 large Egg Binder for the meatloaf.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce For umami flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, brown sugar, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything thoroughly without overmixing.
