Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Whipped topping such as Cool Whip

Topping

  • 1 can Blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping additional, for topping

Garnish

  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is well blended and resembles wet sand. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to create a firm crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the next layer.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Gently fold in the first 8 oz of whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • Layer the Dessert: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust, taking care to cover all the edges.
  • Add the Blueberry Topping: Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the entire cream cheese layer, and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Final Touches: Top the dessert with the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping, spreading it gently over the blueberry layer. If desired, sprinkle additional crushed graham cracker crumbs on top for a finishing touch.
  • Chill and Serve: Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to set. Once chilled, slice and serve cold for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the richest and creamiest base. Let Blueberry Delight chill overnight for best flavor.
