Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) Whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (21 oz) Blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the greased baking dish to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is nicely mixed.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Top it off with the blueberry pie filling, spreading it evenly across the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve Blueberry Delight chilled. Cut it into squares, and if you want, add some whipped cream on top for a little extra sweetness!
