  • 3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened Softened to room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz tube reduced-fat crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom third of each triangle.
  • Top with two rows of fresh blueberries.
  • Roll the dough forward to enclose the filling.
  • Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
