  • 2 pieces Ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core to create a small cavity.
  • In a bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, and fresh thyme.
  • Stuff the cheese mixture into the cavity of each pear half.
  • Arrange pears cut side up on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is melted.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with extra honey if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes before serving.
