Ripe pears, halved and cored

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core to create a small cavity.
In a bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, honey, and fresh thyme.
Stuff the cheese mixture into the cavity of each pear half.
Arrange pears cut side up on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with extra honey if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes before serving.
