Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly, then press them into the bottom of a greased pizza pan, covering the entire surface.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until fully browned. Use a spatula to break it into smaller pieces as it cooks.
Once the sausage is cooked, sprinkle the flour over it and stir for about a minute until well combined. Gradually whisk in the milk, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens to a gravy-like consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the sausage gravy over the prepared biscuit crust, spreading it evenly. If you'd like, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top for extra indulgence.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Once out of the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes. Top with chopped green onions for a fresh finish before slicing and serving!
