  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and then allow to cool.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled, topped with fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

For best results, let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours. You can also add blueberries or raspberries for extra flavor.
