  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 pieces bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the dough on a pizza pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Arrange the banana slices, strawberries, and pineapple on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit and sprinkle with nuts if using.
  • Add dollops of whipped cream and place a maraschino cherry on each slice.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
