Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
Add the granulated sugar and melted butter to the mashed banana and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Enjoy with coffee, tea, or ice cream!
