  • 1 ripe banana Banana Make sure it's very ripe for maximum sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  • Add the granulated sugar and melted butter to the mashed banana and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
