  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness. Don't overmix the dough; just mix until everything is combined. For extra chocolatey cookies, add more chocolate chips!
