Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the rolled oats, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten into cookie shapes.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
