  • Remove the steak and tomatoes from the grill and let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the sliced steak topped with grilled cherry tomatoes.

Notes

Let the steak rest before slicing for a juicier texture. For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before grilling. Add fresh basil or mozzarella for a classic Caprese twist!
