Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish and coat with the creamy sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (if using), and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until melted and golden.
Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 to 4 days. For freezing, use airtight containers for up to 2 months.
