  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Patted dry
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing At room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Full-fat or light
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated if possible
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Optional, for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish and coat with the creamy sauce.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (if using), and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until melted and golden.
  • Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 to 4 days. For freezing, use airtight containers for up to 2 months.
