  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish and coat with the creamy sauce.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (if using), and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until melted and golden.
  • Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for an hour before baking. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven until warmed through.
