  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 units eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Finely chop the broccoli florets until you have about 2 cups.
  • In a large bowl, mix broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
  • Form small balls with your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
