Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely chop the broccoli florets until you have about 2 cups.
In a large bowl, mix broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
Form small balls with your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For extra flavor, try different cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack. Serve with ranch, marinara, or aioli for dipping.
