  • 1 large round loaf bread Use fresh bread for the best flavor.
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey Regular honey can be used with a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Hollow out the bread loaf, leaving a thick shell.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped prosciutto, minced garlic, and hot honey.
  • Place the brie cheese inside the hollowed bread loaf and pour the prosciutto mixture on top.
  • Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with pieces of the bread removed from the hollowed loaf for dipping.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. While it’s best enjoyed fresh, you can reheat it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm.
