Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and taco seasoning. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and blended with the beef.
Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the milk and sour cream, mixing until the dip is smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring frequently until melted and combined. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Stir in the cooked, crumbled bacon, reserving a sprinkle for topping.
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley and remaining bacon.
Serve immediately with a big bowl of tortilla chips and watch it disappear!
