1packetRanch Dressing Mix(about 1 ounce)
1cupSharp Cheddar CheeseShredded
1cupCooked BaconCrumpled
1/4cupGreen OnionsChopped (optional)
Instructions
Prepare ingredients: Cook and crumble the bacon, shred the cheddar, and chop the green onions if using. Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature so it spreads easily.
Make the ranch cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth and evenly seasoned.
Spread the filling: Lay the flour tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of the ranch-flavored cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Add toppings: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top of the cream cheese layer. Add chopped green onions if using.
Roll tightly: Starting at one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap each log in plastic wrap.
Chill: Refrigerate the wrapped logs for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice and serve: Remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
