Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Sharp Knife

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Room temperature
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix (about 1 ounce)
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon Crumpled
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients: Cook and crumble the bacon, shred the cheddar, and chop the green onions if using. Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature so it spreads easily.
  • Make the ranch cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth and evenly seasoned.
  • Spread the filling: Lay the flour tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of the ranch-flavored cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  • Add toppings: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top of the cream cheese layer. Add chopped green onions if using.
  • Roll tightly: Starting at one edge, roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap each log in plastic wrap.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the wrapped logs for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Slice and serve: Remove the plastic wrap and slice each log into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Best served cold or at room temperature.
