  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  • Spread the ranch-flavored cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the cream cheese layer. Add chopped green onions if using.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, slice each log into pinwheel shapes.

Notes
