Butter
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
Layer with sliced avocado, mozzarella slices, and tomato.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 2–3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until browned and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe but firm avocado for best texture. Add basil or pesto for extra flavor. Best served fresh—reheat in a skillet for crispiness.
