Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the applesauce, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temp.
Notes
