  • 14 ounces 3-color coleslaw mix
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh cranberries, rinse and pat them dry.
  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, and cranberries. Toss to distribute evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture. Toss until well coated.
  • For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish is best enjoyed cold.
