Instructions
Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces. If using fresh cranberries, rinse and pat them dry.
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, and cranberries. Toss to distribute evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture. Toss until well coated.
For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish is best enjoyed cold.
