  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 cups Cooked Egg Noodles
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
  • Add carrots, celery, and peas. Cook for a few minutes until veggies begin to soften.
  • Stir in cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can make this casserole ahead and refrigerate before baking. Swap ground beef for turkey or extra veggies for a vegetarian twist. Freezes well for future meals!
