Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
Add carrots, celery, and peas. Cook for a few minutes until veggies begin to soften.
Stir in cooked egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
