Ingredients

Pickles

  • 6 large dill pickles, halved and hollowed out

Filling

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the dill pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create a hollow space.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture generously into the hollowed-out pickles.
  • In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the stuffed pickles.
  • Place pickles in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

For extra crunch, use crushed pork rinds instead of panko for a keto-friendly option.
