Instructions
Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes. Pat dry with a towel so they crisp up better.
In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible, and cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times while cooking to ensure even browning.
Meanwhile, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. This helps get a better sear.
Coat the steak bites lightly in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. Don’t over-season — the garlic butter will add more flavor.
Once the potatoes are cooked and golden, remove them and set aside in a warm dish.
Place the steak bites in the preheated air fryer basket (do not overcrowd; cook in batches if needed) and cook at 400°F for about 7 minutes for medium doneness, shaking or stirring once halfway through.
While the steak cooks, melt the butter in a small pan or microwave-safe bowl, then stir in the minced garlic and 1 tsp dried parsley. Let it sit for a minute so the garlic infuses.
When the steak bites are done, transfer them to the potatoes and immediately pour the garlic butter over everything. Toss gently to coat.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Keep garlic butter separate if you prefer to reheat without sogginess.
