  • 3 large Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 10 oz Strip steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • to taste Steak seasoning (e.g., Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Paprika
  • to taste Dried parsley

Instructions

  • Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes.
  • Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  • Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times while cooking.
  • Meanwhile, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  • Coat the steak bites in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside.
  • Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400°F for about 7 minutes (for medium doneness).
  • Melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.
  • Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve over the crispy potatoes.

Notes

For best results, cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking. Adjust steak seasoning to taste and try different herbs for variation. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
