Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup Pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned—about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Prepare Fillings: Lay out your flour tortillas. On each tortilla, sprinkle a quarter of the shredded cheese in the center. Top with a generous spoonful of the browned beef, then divide the diced onions and pickles evenly among the wraps.
  • Wrap Up the Goodness: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly, burrito-style, to enclose the filling. Place seam-side down while you finish the rest.
  • Air Fry to Perfection: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the wraps in a single layer (you may need to air fry in batches). Spray the tops of the wraps and air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 5-6 minutes. Flip and air fry another 4-5 minutes, or until tortillas are crisp and golden.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Remove carefully and let cool just enough to eat. Slice in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

These wraps keep well for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. To reheat, place directly in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until warmed through and crisp.
