  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • egg roll wrappers
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and green onions.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Use a little water to seal the edge.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
