  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup no-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, stuffing mix, and water.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.

Notes

For extra flavor, substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken. Use frozen chicken if needed, but adjust the cooking time.
