(milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
1
can (14 oz)
Sweetened condensed milk
1/4
cup
Butter
1
teaspoon
Vanilla extract

Optional toppings
(chopped nuts, colorful sprinkles, or mini marshmallows)
Instructions
Start by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish or pan with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave the mixture on high in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until mostly melted and smooth (about 1 to 1½ minutes).
Carefully remove the bowl and continue stirring until completely melted and silky smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle optional toppings over the fudge and gently press them in.
Let the fudge cool at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
Once firm, lift out of the pan and cut into squares.
Enjoy your homemade fudge!
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate chips and avoid overheating the mixture.
