Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles, cooked Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper, diced Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped Yellow or white onions work best.
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Can substitute with marinara sauce if desired.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust according to preference.

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onions and diced bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until they are soft.
  • Stir in the cooked egg noodles and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook together for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Garnish with parsley or grated cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes
