Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onions and diced bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until they are soft.
Stir in the cooked egg noodles and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook together for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with parsley or grated cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
