Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, add water and place it in medium heat.
2. Once the water is boiled, add rinsed rice and let it cook.
3. Let the rice cook for about 5 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
4. Just as the water is absorbed, remove the saucepan from the heat and fluff up the rice using a
fork or wooden spoon.
5. In a large bowl, add cooked rice, chicken cubes, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken
soup, milk, butter, broccoli, onions and cheese.
6. Mix well until everything is well combined.
7. Using a large spoon, scoop this mixture in a baking dish or Pyrex dish until it is completely filled
with the mixture. Make sure you keep about an inch of space, or otherwise, the mixture will
bubble up during the cook and will spill.
8. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 350-degree F for about 30 minutes.
9. Once the time is up, look at whether the cheese is completely melted or not. If not, give
additional time.
10. Once the cheese is melted, the casserole is bubbling in the middle and gets golden-brown
color; remove it from the oven and serve.
