- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup applesauce

- 1/2 cup Craisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Icing:
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Prepare and Bake:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Cream butter, sugar, and egg, then mix in applesauce. Combine flours, spices, and baking soda, and blend into the wet ingredients. Stir in Craisins and spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
