Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 13 x 9 baking dish or a 3-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a Dutch oven or larger stock pot, add cut sausages with about 1/2 cup of water. You might need to add more water as the sausage browns, adding 1/8 cup at a time.
- Cook over medium heat until the water is evaporated and sausage is browned a bit. Then add diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes before adding garlic.
- Cook until onions are translucent.
